Camp has come to a close for this year

Thank you to all who have volunteered and helped with this week of camp. Please look forward to next year we are asking for help and you to bring your boys out for a week they will remember!

Don't forget to take advantage of the Camper Savings!! Now till May 1st camp is only $50 after that the cost is $60. Make sure to sign up early so we can plan the best camp possible for all who are attending.

All Volunteers Meeting

We need all the volunteers to attend our next meeting on April 17th at 6:30 pm at the Legion Mauve room. Please contact Sherry or Tracy if you are planning on helping with Day Camp, but cannot make the meeting.

We need everyone to come with their ideas for their areas so we can compile a list of materials needed. If you know of someone or a local business willing to donate money, materials, ice, etc. please let Sherry and Tracy know.

If you want to help be a walk around, please attend this meeting. We need to make sure everyone is Youth Protection trained and completely informed of all procedures.

If you have your current Youth Protection Certificate, please bring us a copy. We have to have this information on file.

Applications

Do you have your application yet?? (See the link on the right.) Please fill out and plan on taking advantage of the Camper Saver program. Pay $50 by the end of April to get the best discount. After May 1st the cost goes to $60. All applications need to be turned in by June 1st. Please make every effort to do this so the staff may provide a quality program for all boys.

All Directors Training

All Directors are to attend training at Beaumont Scout Reservation on March 17th starting at 9:30 am. The shooting sports training will begin at 1 pm.

If you need a ride, please contact Sherry.

Blue and Gold Banquet

Look for Sherry and Tracy at your Blue and Gold Banquet to introduce Day Camp this year. Looking forward to going to the local banquets!!

Staff Meeting

We will be having a Day Camp All Staff meeting on March 4th at 6:30 pm at the Legion Mauve Room. If you have any questions, please contact Sherry or Tracy.
